Marion County Prosecutor Under Fire for Possible Plea Deal in Fatal DUI Crash

Despite being accused of being drunk before colliding into 30 year old, Eboni Dodson’s car and killing her, Curt Carlson is expected to dodge any jail time. Eboni’s mother, Tisha Lewis Dodson, said Deputy Prosecutor Edward Zych, called her and told her that “they didn’t have the evidence needed to convict him for drunk driving.” Dodson believes that Carlson is getting off with a “slap on the wrist” and plans to file a civil lawsuit against him.
