Victim’s Widow Talks About the Deadly DUI Crash in Carmel Mountain

The widow of a man killed in a suspected crash last week is speaking publicly about the ordeal. Marc William Durham, a 65 year old Rancho Bernardo man, was killed instantly while waiting at a red light when a car slammed into the back of his vehicle – the driver, never having applied the brakes. The driver, a 57 year old man, appeared drunk and was arrested at the scene. Durham had retired from his job at General Dynamics only a week ago.
