An Indianapolis police officer will not face drunken driving charges, stemming from a fatal crash in August, because the blood test which showed the officer was drunk was not conducted properly. Officer David Bisard crashed his cruiser into motorcycles stopped at an intersection, killing one man and injuring two other people on August 6th. Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says he still plans on prosecuting Brisard on three felony charges, including reckless homicide.
