Red Light Cameras Up for Debate in Baytown

Opponents to red light cameras in Baytown plan to release data they say will show that the devices actually increase accidents in the city. The Baytown City Council is going to have a hearing on the matter to decide if it will be put up for a vote on Election Day. The data is scheduled to be released at 1030am on Broadway St, with the special council meeting to be held at 530pm at City Hall.
