Within 30 Feet of Stop Sign

If you receive a ticket for parking too close to a Stop Sign, taking a picture of the scene is a good idea. If you happen to have a tape measure, ask a witness to assist you in measuring the distance and, if possible, ask for their contact information.

I got this ticket and beat it. It’s important to have a camera with you at all times (which shouldn’t be difficult since almost all phones have cameras on them now) because without a photo, it’s going to come down to your word against the cops – and you know who’s going to win that one.
