Abandoned Vehicle

Depending on the city, cars must be moved every so often. (Generally, every seven days.) If you receive an “Abandoned Vehicle” ticket, always look for possible errors on the citation which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

    I just got one of these tickets and my car was only parked for 2 days. I left it near my office on Monday while we went on a retreat. 2 days and the city considers it abandoned?! Don’t they have to post signs or something?
