Loading Zone Tickets

If ticketed for parking in a “Loading Zone” make sure that your car is, in fact, in the boundaries of the Loading Zone. After that, carefully check the ticket for any errors. While they may seem trivial, any error from the parking enforcement officer (license plate number, time of day, etc.) could result in a dismissal of the ticket.

    There’s a business down the street from me who gets way more loading-zone spaces than it needs. In 6 months, I think I’ve seen a delivery truck in front of his business once. So why should he get all those tickets?
