No Parking Tickets

If you received a ticket for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

I parked about a block from Camden last week, and carefully read the sign, as I always do since I know how insane the parking enforcement can be in this city. The sign said No Parking 8am-6pm. Since I parked a few mins after 6pm, I thought I’d be OK. Nope! I got a ticket that read 559pm wihch I know is B.S.
