Snow Emergency Route

If ticketed for leaving your car in a weather-emergency-route, be sure that there was, in fact, a storm. There have been many occasions where a city ticketed cars because they anticipated a storm which never came. If there was a storm, check the ticket for any errors.

    I was towed off of Calvert St a few weeks ago. Yes, I was parked in a snow route, but I had been told by a parking enforcement agent that if I had a permit, I’d be good. So much for that.
