No Parking Tickets

If ticketed for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

I got a No Parking ticket for parking in the same space I’ve been parking in for the last 3 years – whenever it’s available, that is. It’s very close to my office and is directly to the left of a No Parking sign that points to the RIGHT. Anyone have any advice on what I can do?
