Street Cleaning

Street Cleaning is usually enforced during a specific time-frame, on a particular day of the week. Check the ticket to see what time the parking-enforcement officer issued the citation. If it’s within a few minutes of the beginning or end of the no-parking time-frame, a judge may give you the benefit of the doubt and dismiss the ticket.

The 3rd Tuesday of this month and the 4th wednesday just occurred one after the other, and that means there was street cleaning on my street 2 days in a row. my gf got a ticket yesterday so i didn’t even look last night because they usually alternate. we both got tickets this morning, 3 minutes before i went outside to leave for work. Has anyone ever tried to appeal these?
