Loading Zone Tickets

If ticketed for parking in a “Loading Zone” make sure that your car is, in fact, in the boundaries of the Loading Zone. After that, carefully check the ticket for any errors. While they may seem trivial, any error from the parking enforcement officer (license plate number, time of day, etc.) could result in a dismissal of the ticket.

I got a loading zone ticket when I went to drop something off at my brother’s restaurant! So, just because I didn’t have an official delivery truck, I’m allowed to use the loading zone?!? I thought I saw a report about people abusing these laws and NOT getting tickets? So, why did I get one??
Hey NSider. As long as your brother purchased that loading zone, in front of his business, then you should be able to fight this ticket. I don’t think you have to be in a delivery truck – it’s your brother’s space and he can use it however he wants.
