No Parking

If ticketed for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

I was in Wrigleyville last week, during a game, although I wasn’t at the game. My friend and I were in separate cars, and were told by a ticket agent that we could park legally in the spots we were in. You know where this is going.. Less than an hour later, we returned to find tickets on our windshields. We actually found the guy who told us it was OK to park there and said that he didn’t know who wrote the tickets, but they shouldn’t have been written. Nice job, boys!
