It’s important to remember that red light camera tickets are only valid if the registered owner of the vehicle is the one driving. Be sure to check over the ticket carefully and make sure there are no errors. Additionally, many cities offer a settlement program which allows drivers to pay a fraction of the actual cost of the citation.

A $95 ticket for not coming to a complete stop on a red light before turning right, huh? I love it when government officials claim this is for our safety and not about revenue.
