Always be sure to question the officer about the reasoning behind the stop? (Did he estimate your speed, or have you on radar, etc.) Inconsistencies in the officer’s story could help you beat your ticket if you decide to contest it.








Got a speeding ticket for going 56 in a 45 the other day. I was coming down a straight-away after exiting a highway and there was a cop at the bottom of the hill with a speed-gun. I probably was speeding a bit, but 11mph?? C’mon.
