No Parking

If ticketed for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

How about the city actually puts up signs that aren’t hidden behind trees, or around corners, so people don’t accidentally miss them and then get ridiculously expensive tickets? Is that so hard?
Erin, you couldn’t be more correct. I received a “No Parking” ticket not too long ago. I was surprised to see the ticket becuase I’m usually a pretty conscientious parker. After reading the ticket, I looked around for the sign that I must have missed. And, I looked. And, I looked. After 15 mins I finally gave up – never found the sign. So how was I supposed to know?
