OK, so I got a street-cleaning ticket the other day because I didn’t move my car. One problem: the street cleaner NEVER came. Anyone ever have this happen to them? Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me, Julie. I tried to fight it, but lost – of course. Street Cleaning is simply a front for the city to write tickets. Obviously, they don’t actually care about keeping the street clean since the street-sweeper usually just pushes litter off to the side. They simply want to nab people who forget to move their cars in time. Good luck.
