Over Time Limit

If ticketed for exceeding the allotted time-frame allowed in that space, double-check the ticket for the time that the citation was issued. Often, if you are within a minute or two of the permitted time-frame, a judge will give you the benefit of the doubt.

I recently got a ticket for exceeding a two-hour time limit. This will probably sound like I’m splitting hairs, but I was only there for 1:58. So why shouldn’t I split hairs?!? Now I have to pay the dam ticket. Feels like I’m getting mugged.
