Loading Zone Tickets

If ticketed for parking in a “Loading Zone” make sure that your car is, in fact, in the boundaries of the Loading Zone. After that, carefully check the ticket for any errors. While they may seem trivial, any error from the parking enforcement officer (license plate number, time of day, etc.) could result in a dismissal of the ticket.

I own a food truck so I’m going through enough nonsene right now. The last thing I needed was a Loading Zone ticket. Been doing my job the same for 8 years now – never got a ticket. Late last week, I was loading my truck and didn’t realize that I had parked it half in the loading zone, half out of the loading zone. Of course the ticket writer decides to wait until I was inside the shop before writing the ticket. Probably a good decision, I don’t know what I would have done if I would have caught him.
