If ticketed for parking on the wrong side of the street, be sure that the citation was issued at an appropriate time – when parking on that side of the street was prohibited. Also, be sure to check the ticket for any errors that could result in a dismissal.

I think they should give more notice before requiring people to move their cars. I was out of town last time and got a ticket since I wasn’t able to move my car.
