If ticketed for facing the wrong way while parked, be sure that the citation was issued at an appropriate time – when parking in the direction your vehicle was facing was prohibited. Also, be sure to check the ticket for any errors that could result in a dismissal.

I’ve lived in the same house for 27 years, and have ALWAYS parked facing the wrong direction in front of my driveway. Then, out of nowhere, I receive a $100 parking ticket for it!!! I’ve heard they’re only writing these tickets in certain neighborhoods, but issuing “warnings” in other neighborhoods! How is this fair??
