Two Hour Zone

If you receive a ticket for exceeding a two-hour limit, double-check the ticket for the time that the citation was issued. Often, if you are within a minute or two of the permitted time-frame, a judge will give you the benefit of the doubt.

So, I thought if there is a 2 hour limit they chalk you, and then come back and ticket you. I received a ticket with no chalk on my tire and the car right by mine which I know for a fact parked at the same time as me did not get a ticket. How does this work? I thought you had to “move” your car. If you end up driving around for 5 minutes, the chalk rubs off and you park in the same spot you still moved, right? Maybe I went to lunch for an hour, came back and got the same spot. No chalk, ticketed. wtf. “car noted at 10:34am” says the ticket, So I could have moved it 3 blocks down at 11am, then moved it back at 1pm for all they know.
WTFFFFFF.
fighting this shit.
