No Parking

If ticketed for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

I got a No Parking ticket last week, but there was no signage in the vicinity. Anyone have any advice on this?
Your best bet is always to take pictures. I don’t want to mislead and make you think you’ll be fine – because, in all likelihood, you won’t. But it’s still your best bet. Good luck!
