If ticketed for parking in a “No Parking” zone, make sure the sign is visible, and the citation reflects the parameters of the sign. Also, be sure to check for any errors on the ticket which could result in a dismissal. (i.e., license plate number, time of day, etc.)

I got one of these tickets two just two days ago. I guess I’m guilty, but the reason I parked there was because I never saw the No Parking sign. I finally found it once I got the ticket, but shouldn’t the city be responsible for reasonable signage?
