For everybody who's sick of the unfair tickets

If ticketed for blocking a garage or driveway, taking pictures of the scene is a good idea. If you happen to have a tape measure, ask a witness to assist you in measuring the distance and ask for their contact information, if possible.

I received a ticket for parking too close to my own driveway. Apparently the law states that I need to be at least 5 feet from the driveway – I was 4 1/2 feet from my own driveway. How can the government do this to people in a recession?
They can and they will, so get used to it. The city is desperate for cash and this is one of the ways they’re going after it. Totally unfair, but it’s the reality that we live in.
